"The receptionist was not very friendly due to being overworked. The check-in was rushed and unfriendly and the check-out with the same receptionist was again rushed. It would have been nice if she could at least have asked me how my stay was. The breakfast Supervisor was superb, super friendly and yet very professional. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well but it would have been nice if it had toiletries. The shower gel dispenser had a liquid that I could not find out if it was once hair...

"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"Pleasant accomodation. Managed efficiently with a minimum of staff. Check in only between 3 and 6, but key in secure box after that. Beds were a little hard and thd pillow was small. Traffic noise wuite apparent in early morning. Convenient fof festival at Earl."

"This location was very enjoyable. Friendly helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Making dinner reservations and giving directions. It felt like home it was so comfortable. Local dining options were fantastic. I was able to book a masseuse to come in after skiing which was also arranged by the staff. Beds were also very comfortable. We will not hesitate to visit again. "We had a very nice stay at Hotel Bechlwirt. The hotel staff/owners were extremely helpful and attentive answering questions we had about the area. It is very conveniently placed - easy to walk to the bus stops for skiing and some great apres ski and restaurant options all in walkable distance. Far better to stay in Kirchberg than Kitzbuhel in our opinion! A fast train can take you to Kitzbuhel when you want to go. "
