"Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen"

"Soluzione ottimale vicino stazione Innsbruck e vicino al centro storico 5/10 min a piedi. Appartamento accogliente , essenziale e confortevole . Lo consiglio vivamente anche a chi ha figli ( io ho 2 bambine piccole ). Ci ritornerei senza pensarci . Soluzione check in on Line eccezionale e lineare . Grazie Urban Inn. Alla prossima."

"Gewoon een prima betaalbaar hotel, geen gekke fratsen.. prijs kwaliteit is oke"

It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, so it was easy to get food and other necessities. The check-in was a little confusing. The reception is at the restaurant next to the hotel, but the sign indicating where to check in was quite small and I initially missed it. A larger or clearer sign would have made the check-in process easier."

"Dinner on-site after arrival was well appreciated. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs, bacon/weiners, standard cold cut and cheese options, along with yogurt and fruit (some canned). Room was adequate, the blankets were sub-standard, no blackout curtains, no refer and mostly dated with plastic (~30"x36") shower but NO SOAP...

"Thank you"

"The breakfast was very complete. We like the location , outside the city center and 20 minutes walking from Amras Castle"
