"Fabulous little hotel in a wonderful location. We stayed for only 1 night but wished we had booked more. From the receptionist on the front desk to the restaurant attendants all were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The spa/pool was lovely and very clean. We stayed in a family room and the children loved having beds on a mezzanine floor. More than enough room for us all. The only thing I would recommend would a lock on the bathroom door!!! "

"The two bedroom apartment was comfortable, spacious and had every amenity. There was a very friendly cat around that we enjoyed! The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area was very spacious, but had algae filled water features we didn’t understand. The hotel reception was very friendly, spoke great English, and was helpful. "Nice hotel - nice staff and good service. However the room was very hot and with the windows open the traffic noise was continuous through out the night and early morning that made sleeping very difficult. If the room had been cooler I could have had the window closed it would have been fine."

"A very friendly and well kept hotel with a fantastic kitchen and some lovely wines, as you might expect from a hotel in the Mosel. We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash. "
