"The room - great for a small room - was well-proportioned. One of the two overhead beside lamps sadly didn't work but weirder - the duvet cover didn't close, like there were no buttons - so it kept getting caught up and I took it off, thinking it was a sheet, only to have to put it back on. Apart from that the room was excellent. "

"Staff was super friendly and welcoming! Food at the restaurant was very delicious! It was a 25 min walk from the city center in case you’re booking and want to be next to the city! The rooms are average, clean but no AC (they do offer a fan if you want) "

"Nice hotel that is an easy walk to the square and Latin quarter. Parking is around the corner in a public parking garage. It’s a short 3 min walk, I didn’t think it was bad (but it wasn’t raining when I had to go to the garage). The hotel gives you a discounted rate ticket to use at the garage. "

Pros - the hotel is beautiful and rooms are spacious/comfortable; it has convenient dining and bar options attached and in close proximity; a Dyson desk fan was available (appreciated by us as Americans) Cons - parking was offsite (a couple of blocks away) and had to be reserved in advance which we did not know; no valet available "

"Perfect for a one night stay in Galway! It’s a perfect snug room but has everything you need, great shower, comfortable bed, in a prime location right on Quay Street. Nice friendly easy check in. You have to park in a car park but it is very close."

"It was a simple stay, airport stay the night before our flight. However, we had dinner and breakfast there and the food was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive. We had a view of the Shannon Estuary. It was a good stay."

"Lovely comfortable and spacious Room, very clean. Only downside was the noise from other guests as the door did not fully seal with the frame therefore was not noise proof and the doors slammed closed, the noise from the slamming doors and other guests walking down the corridor to their rooms and then the slamming of the doors kept waking/me awake. But all in all a very pleasant experience "
