My issue was the curtains are not thick enough so one can see through the bathroom at night when lights are on. So we had to take a shower in the dark. Cindy at the front desk is a rock star! She helped us every step of the way. "

"The Rabbit Hole is a funky, niche hotel near the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site. In the area you either get "lodges" or small chain motels. I love the place and stay there frequently when on expeditions. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean."

"The hotel was very clesn and well maintained. The reception was stellar and the ladies were very accomodating to my needs (also very freindly). The only issues were the location (its a bit dangerous so you cant walk around you have to drive everwhere), the bed was too high for me as im short and it sucked that you had to pay for morning coffee (but I guess they have to make their money in these tought times). The satelite tv didnt have many channels (mostly sports, news and sabc) but I used...

"I think it's important to know this is someone's house with a few hotel rooms upstairs. There are some less-than-ideal aspects. The place is very echoey, so if the owners are entertaining downstairs you will hear it in your room. The lighting is very harsh, bright white, which is a big no for me personally. And the bathroom/shower has frosted glass walls that lead on to the hallway. No one can really see you but it doesn't feel that comfortable. Just some strange design choices. The owner couple...
