We wanted a more authentic experience and that is what we got - the property is visited by local clientele on a daily basis since it has a restaurant and brewery. "Only problem with the hotel is we couldn't gain access when we arrived there around midday - my wife stayed at the front door while I tried an entrance around the back which was also locked - we finally managed to attract someone's attention so that they could open the door for us. Other than that glitch we were happy with the hotel and staff. "

"Excellent place to stay for people planning on skating or cycling the Flaeming Skate area. Easliy accessible from Luckenwalde Station which is only about 30 mins from Berlin and a short distance to the access path to the skating tracks and town where there are more restaurants. Nicest breakfast in town and also does nice evening meals."
