"Loved this hotel.. the staff are what really made it special. The 2 receptionist covering the evening were kind snd extremely helpful. I arrived hoping to get something to eat but was tokd there was no food available at the hotel. However the girls who were also Bilingual helped me over food which was promptly delivered and delicious. The bar is well stocked and the hotel is very quiet"

"Great hotel close to nature, pity couldn't explore around because were only staying for short period and for work. Hotel was nice, not a usual city modern hotel. Restaurant was good, they have set menu each day for dinner and food was amazing. Good choice for breakfast as well."

"Nice atmosphere, we stayed in a large superior room, which was excellent. Only small detail is the extremely noisy ventilation in the bathroom, which we can understand from other guests, all rooms had :-)"

"Staff was very helpful with our late check-in. We forgot that we would be needing a late check-in. They called us and gave instructions for where to find the key after hours. Room was pretty nice and breakfast was great. On-site parking was a plus. We had a nice stay."

"A small, comfortable hotel on the north end of Bad Harzburg. Everything you may need is right there and readily available. Great personal service by hotel team. Lastly, the property is only a stone throw from the Kurgarten and the casino. I will be happy to go back when I return to Bad Harzburg."

"Hotel was nice. Room was large and comfortable with a lovely view. Breakfast was simple but appreciated. For some reason my hotels.com booking was not found by the receptionist when we checked in which was somewhat concerning. The night receptionist gave us two single rooms when we had booked one double. This became an issue when we were checking out as we were charged a higher amount than we had booked for. Eventually after much discussion it was resolved thankfully. I would stay here again. "

" The reception and rooms are on 2nd floor and there is no elevator or escalator so had to bring all luggages up a very small stairs. There is also no air conditioner in the room and we couldn’t open the window as the mosquitoes were coming in the room. It’s also not safe to keep the windows open all night as it’s so easy for someone to climb into the room through the windows. The good things are the bus stop right in front of the hotel and the supermarket is right next to it. The breakfast is...

"Clean, spacious room with amazing view up the street and Werningerode Schloss so very close upon the hill. V good breakfast and a lovely small sauna you can reserve a time for private use. We appreciated a break from the larger city hotels in Hamburg and Berlin to stay in a small cozy bnb style environment. You can step right out the door to shopping and food. The staff was v sweet and we wished we had more time here. Highly recommend! "

"Sehr freundliche Inhaber, herzlicher Empfang und schöne große Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war supertoll mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Die Speisekarte am Abend beinhaltete außer Pommes nichts für Veganer und Vegetarier, auf Nachfrage zauberte die Küche ein leckeres solides vegetarisches Essen, einfach nur nett und kreativ. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. "
