"Got to the room and needed service. Dialed " 0 " on the phone was directed by automated operator to front desk where I stayed on hold for 20mins. Hung up , went downstairs and waited in line for 15mins to resolve what should have been a very easy issue. When I checked in they told me the room I booked was not renovated so upcharge and I could get one of the better rooms , then informed me the additional resort fees were as much as I booked the original rooms for. "The room was great, stayed cold with the AC, and had a nice and spacious bathroom. The only negative that we had at the hotel was the salesman tactic of the workers. We understand that you have to sell your presentation and get people to come, but the worker would sell the idea of “free gift, and I can get you late checkout!” as if you didn’t have to spend 75 minutes listening about the presentation.
