"The room was not clean upon our arrival. The window in the room, which was located on the first floor, was left open. The pull-out sofa had a blood stain on the mattress, and there was hair in the bed. When we requested additional sheets, the replacement sheets provided were also torn. We spoke with the staff at the front desk multiple times, but they were not helpful or sympathetic regarding the condition of the room. "Room was very clean. But if you need to wash or dry out your clothes please bring quarters. Was there for a soccer tournament and it rained the entire weekend so we had to wash and dry clothes."
