"The Floor Manager took care of a major snafu on our reservation when our room was given away by a desk clerk. He was able to shift rooms for those guests to accomodate my special health needs. Thank goodness for him because the corporate employees in the national locale were no help at all."

There were power issues our final morning that led to multiple instances of power going out and a fire alarm sounding each time it went on, though I don't think the hotel could reasonably be blamed for that. The gym is currently out of commission, but the pool was nice. Our room had a phone but there was no phone jack so it didn't work at all.
