"I adore Salzburg and the Salzkammergut Lakes region of Austria and this is my go to hotel whenever I'm in the area. Very friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet in the mornings and some excellent evening meals in the restaurant. It's approx 25 minutes to Salzburg by car, the lakes of Fuschlsee, Wolfgangsee, Mondsee and Hintersee are all less than half an hour away and don't miss Plötz Wasserfall which is a mile and a half from the hotel. Looking forward to my next visit!"

"Property is located in a very quiet area from one rail stop away from famous Hallstatt. it is little bit old, but they are working with renovation so it can be much better very soon on May24. There are not many places to eat outside and no shop, but there is bakery nearby and offers great choice of pastries. Very beautiful and scenery area, about 1,5km walk to the lake."

On a couple slower days there was no dining available or no breakfast. Wouldn’t be a problem except there aren’t many options nearby either. Check out is 10 but we were given extra time so we could catch a bus. I would highly recommend this place away from the hustle and bustle of Salzburg but still very close."
