"The guesthouse is situated just outside of Portree in a beautiful small village. It is a brand new establishment, has four rooms out of them only 2 are operational, it is spotlessly clean with the most comfortable beds and bed linens. The host is very friendly and helpful but also gives lots of space and there is a total separation between their house and the guests area. Continental Breakfast is complete with all we needed. "I had an amazing stay at Hame Hotel on the Isle of Skye. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and well organized, making our stay very easy. The location is stunning and very central for exploring the island. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a great common area with an honesty bar that is well stocked.
The food was a highlight - we had all of our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel, and every meal was delicious with a great view of the mountains!

"There was nothing we didn't like about Minnie's Rooms. We reached Dunvegan after a whirlwind tour of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Oban and we were ready for a rest. This place is so peaceful and Mayanne so completely gracious and accommodating. We had a lovely, cozy room overlooking Loch Dunvegan and a herd of grazing sheep and a magnificent view of MacLeod's Tables.
