"Great location, very close to Grand Place, shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room, good bathroom. Check in and out very smooth. Bit of noise at night but nothing too bad and our room was at the front facing the square so to be expected. Good value for money."

"The temperature control on the shower is not functioning. It continues to get too hot. There is no noise, control or soundproofing. There was extreme noise late at night and early in the morning that prevented a good night sleep. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent. The signal is so poor. It can’t even pull up the news. "

On a tout simplement trouvé qu’il y a beaucoup d’itinérants aux abords de la gare et de gens de toutes races confondus qui sont constamment proche de l’entrée de l’hotel c dérangeant mais une fois dans l’hôtel c calme et on se sent en sécurité! "Great convenient location, but I don’t recommend going out very late at night (past 1AM). The bathroom did not have a fan or window, so the room ended up being a bit humid. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend it. "

"The second evening there was no hot water until the morning, so it was not possible to take the shower! Temperature regulation in the room was not working, since it was -5 oC outside the room was rather cold. The rest was OK, personel is freindly."

"Great location! A grocery store was a short walk in addition to numerous sites and dining options. There was street noise in the early morning as cafe's were setting up their tables and chairs for the day, but that was offset by the great location. You walked through a coffee shop/cafe to get to the hotel elevator but that in not inconvenient at all. Room was basic but very clean."

"Lovely quirky place, and very convenient for our stay. Clean and tidy. The only problem we had was that the fridge (described as a mini bar, which it wasn’t at all!) didn’t work and we were unable to keep any drinks or food in our room cool. As we were only there for two nights, we didn’t complain, and it wasn’t a major issue. "Probably the best location for my needs on Brussels. Right on the metro station, five minutes walking from the Main pedestrian area in the city, the Central train station is also less than 5 mins away by walk. The rooms are nice and spacious. The only downside was that the hot water in our bath wasn't hot. I stayed one night so not a big issue. "
