"The room wasn’t cleaned when I arrived. After contacting the hotel they send someone to clean. The mop left dirty marks as it wasn’t a clean mop. It needs to be washed in the washing machine but I didn’t feel like buying pods just to clean the mop as I think that’s something the hotel should offer. The woman who came to clean was super sweet and tried her best to work fast and clean with the equipment she had access to. "
