"Plaza inn hotel is a very beautiful hotel, extremely clean just a little dust here and there however it is a very well kept hotel! We stopped off here on our drive back to London from Türkiye, we arrived 5hrs later than expected due to the traffic at all borders we arrived to the hotel at 3:30am; we couldn’t find the hotel very quickly in the dark as Google maps didn’t direct us right outside but told us we had reached our destination and the ‘NOVA’ building just in front of the Plaza Inn...

"Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel."

"I stayed with my family for 3 nights. Nice hotel in the country side which is good for relaxing and piece of mind. Very friendly staff who is willing to do the extra step to go further beyond your expectations. The lady who manages the hotel is very nice and even upgraded us free of charge to enjoy our stay. Everyone is amazing and lots of nice facilities (pool, bowling, courts …). Efficient service and great food. I highly recommend the place and I would defiantly return if I get the chance....

"Now this was totally unexpected. I am originally from Pernitz, about 20 or so km from Wiener Neustadt, but live in Los Angeles. On this trip from the USA to Austria we were visiting friends in Ljubljana, and after arriving in Vienna we had planned to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt instead of Vienna to cut the trip to Ljubljana the next day shorter. Since I am from Pernitz I never had any reason prior to this to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt, since I have family in Pernitz and Gutenstein...
