"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for many activities in Northern Michigan. Our stay was quiet and relaxing in such a beautiful desolate location. The newly renovated wing was beautiful and the resort thought of many great things. The only thing we wished to change was all the walking to go back and forth because our room was so far on the other end of the hotel. The water bottle station by the pool and then ice machines near were fabulous and all hotels should invest in such....

"The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :)"

"We had a 2 night stay and were not informed at check in the room wouldn't be made up daily. We can appreciate re-using towels but for the price they should have made the bed, taken out the trash, restocked our coffee, and replaced the disposable coffee cups. I had to make 3 trips to the lobby to get Coffee and cups."

"The Charlevoix House was a wonderful bed and breakfast in the charming town of Charlevoix. Steffan was a wonderful and attentive host that was kind, present, and made amazing home cooked breakfast! Everything was done with care and intentionality. We would 100% love to come again soon!!!"

"The Belvedere B&B was the perfect location for our 3 night weekend. It was clean, comfortable, a great porch and the fact that it is a 1/2 mile walk into downtown is ideal for busy summer traffic. And our host was so friendly and helpful!"
