"Check in would have been lovely if they allowed me to pay for early check in but they stated I book an accessible room on Expedia & can’t change room type. So I waited 7hrs in a rental vehicle with a surprise from my menstrual which I did express to them. The staff was ok. Room didn’t get clean but I get it it was only two nights. Breakfast was also ok.
