"Great hotel with character, nice, quiet, fresh air all around and good breakfast "

"Above average breakfast and friendly staff. Overall quiet Parking is a challenge, many areas in this non-smoking hotel have a strong smoking smell, overall dated. Flimsy shower curtain can transfer you bathroom into a swimming pool. In case you are wondering, no AC and open windows might provide a lot of information about your fellow hotel guests. To be fair, there was always some wellness program which I did not participate as well as special evening dinner events."

"Shocking! No reception to check you in despite it being 3pm, envelope left on stairs with room number! Breakfast was a joke, cereal, few bread buns and a menu offer to cook an egg and that was it! Didn’t even have a toaster! Room was ok but we were on top floor and having to carry cases up 3sets of stairs to the top floor wasn’t ideal! Bathroom was so small the door barely closed with sink and toilet. Bed was good though!"

"The hotel is located in a quiet location close to Tubingen. The staff was pleasant. Food was excellent and German traditional. We've come back to the place several times."

"The hotel was lovely however some challenges occured when trying to park the car (very limited parking in the premisses). Additionally there are no fans or air conditioning so going in the summer could prove a challenge. That said the staff is very warm and helpful and the town was delightful. Conveniently located near the Hbf."

Ein Hauch von Nostalgie verbindet sich mit schnuckeligen Zimmern. Die Eigentümer und das Personal ist super lieb und freundlich, man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen. Immer wieder gerne! "It was all so perfect..one of the nicest hotels large or small we have stayed at...and we have stayed at lots. we will ge back there .so quiet and the hills and trails all right there and free bus and rail for that area when you stay in a local place.food so good and nothing was Not the very best.and the hotel staff were so nice and I spoke my bits of German to them."

"Only stayed one night so experience was limit. A slightly strange layout as reception on top floor but parking at bottom. A member of staff was kind enough to drive around with me after check-in. Room was large & clean but there was a distinct musky smell. Overall the hotel was slightly dated & probably needs an upgrade but for the price we were happy."
