"Yes it is older. Yes it could be cleaner. No it is not a resort setting. But if you know that going in, you will not be disappointed. The oceanfront view is amazing, especially if you like to people watch. The staff is very helpful. Lots to do around the hotel."

"I was expecting to stay on a higher floor but ends up having room at 6th floor at Kona Tower and facing with parking view of the mall 😆. I will stay there again but will make sure next time I will stay at the tall building. From front desk to room cleaner, to any worker i'd seen around are all friendly and approachable. Very good service!"

"Hotel was currently under construction but we were given a new room. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is very close to the beach, lots of shopping and dining options. There is bus transportation nearby if you want to take the bus. You can also check with lobby on shuttle options. We had a great time."

"We had a fantastic stay at Park Shore Waikiki. Our room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Water pressure and temperature of the shower was wonderful. Very warm and polite staff from reception to valet. Retrieval of our vehicle was always very quick. This hotel is located conveniently in a very walkable distance from a variety of restaurants and shopping options. The beach and ocean access is literally across the street."

"Second time staying here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to the beach and several options for food and shopping. Only issue ran into was a water leak around the AC unit which they addressed quickly. Overall a great experience."
