"We had a wonderful stay at Resch Hotel. The owner/manager and the staff were all so kind and friendly. The room was cozy and we had a great view from our balcony. The sauna was perfect after a day on the mountain, and the gondola is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We had breakfast every morning in the sunroom (a section in the dining room) and enjoyed made-to-order eggs and a full spread of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, and fruit, with view of the mountain. We will definitely stay...

"Friendly and welcoming staff at reception, breakfast and cleaning. Good parking right outside and an easy walk to town and lake. Spacious simple rooms with benefit of firm pillow option. No coffee or even cups in the room, although a little boiled sweet awaited us. Nice to balcony seats. Beware corner room for continuous road noise. Excellent breakfast with lots of continental cold and healthy options."

"The hotel staff are really nice, it’s a short walk into town. Only thing I would say of note, the hotel is right next to the Trainline. It’s not an issue if you can have to windows closed, but if it’s warm you may need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. "

"The receptionist was not very friendly due to being overworked. The check-in was rushed and unfriendly and the check-out with the same receptionist was again rushed. It would have been nice if she could at least have asked me how my stay was. The breakfast Supervisor was superb, super friendly and yet very professional. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well but it would have been nice if it had toiletries. The shower gel dispenser had a liquid that I could not find out if it was once hair...

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! We were warmly welcomed by the staff. Offered great recommendations for shopping and dining. You can't beat the location. 5 minute walk to the ferry to Frauen and Herren Chiemsee. Loved that they had a huge parking area. Never had to worry about not having parking space. The room was phenomenal. Very modern and clean. Our terrace was wonderful with a lake view. Great sized bathroom. Will definitely return to stay here. "
