"Very unique to discover that this hotel was in the corner of a mall. It was good to be out of the city and the traffic. It gave us a central location for the many excursions we had planned."

"I loved this hotel. It’s very quiet, walked to the private beach. The beach is very nice but be careful because there are lots of rocks when you are swimming. The hotel pool is big and very nice with the fountain running all along. I wished the pool could be deeper than 4”. There is a tennis court to play with your family or friends but have to rent all the brackets & balls. It should have all inclusive for their guests. Parking is $20 per day to park outside but inside the hotel property....

"Staff were super helpful. Food trucks every night gave a diversity of local foods at a fair price. Pool opened at 9am and we were in it every day. We had a room with a suite and so awesome to have full kitchen and living space separate from bedroom so our daughter could rest as we stayed up. "

"Dishes in the cupboards were dirty, The Bathroom needs desperate repair or attention. Shower curtain was starting to mold, mirror above sink was warping badly, Under the tub the support was soft and unstable. The manager of the property’s was out. they said She was in the hospital. No other person available to address issues."

"Quiet And spacious. Didnt expect it to be hot, even with ceiling fans, air did not circulate well. Otherwise we enjoyed it."

"Turtle bay was beautiful as always. Condo suffered. Carpet in bedroom smells and needs to be replaced. Dirt marks on refrigerator. Screen to lanai was broken, wheels need to be replaced. Furniture on lanai was rusty. Wasnt looking for a stocked kitchen but there was zero in the way of salt, pepper, any spices.not used to that. "

"This unit was less than average. We were very disappointed to hear that this property would not provide us an extra roll of toilet paper and paper towel. After spending over $2,000 to stay here, we would expect to see an extra roll under the sink or even provided to us after calling the front office or management. Instead we were told that "the property only provides a starter kit." Being that this is a condo, we do cook meals here and treat this place as a home, so one would expect to see at...
