"The room was decent. The staff was very helpful. The gym is a bit small but still able to get a workout in. I was unable to connect to wifi so I cannot speak on it. The location was great. Walkable to the beach and a food truck lot. The ala Moana shopping center is nearby as well!"

Pool was cleaned and water temperature was comfortable, noticed couple edges damaged, and “do not jump into pool” policy not enforced! Continental breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices including large size waffle machines available. Really disappointed with parking fee(EXCESSIVE) which forces customers to use since there us no other safe options in...

"Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Waikiki was overall pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, I like that there is a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker inthe room. Although the pillows were too soft for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a big plus, making it easy to get around. There are Bus stops near the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is also a plus. There were a few minor issues, like one of the elevator is not working and also the ice maker on our floor, but...

"The room was great, there were 3 working elevators which meant very little wait time going up or down, the laundry facilities and games room were much appreciated and utilized, as was the opportunity to grab fresh Beach Towels every day. The breakfast staff and the quality of the food was excellent and provided a great start to every day. I did notice that there was some ceiling damage, probably from water, in the hallway on the 12th floor where the plaster and paint were in need of attention....
