"Review for an overnight stay booked shortly before arriving in Aachen. Travelling by car the sat nav picked the sister Art Hotel Superior instead! Not unusual. The correct Comfort hotel is not far from it. Not very clear from the road, sits behind a car wash!
That said, check in was straightforward, friendly and efficient. The room was OK, bathroom/shower very clean. Liked the in-room safe, shame no tea/coffee machine. Small balcony. Bad weather meant we did not try to get into the city centre...
"Kleines , sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Zimmer und Hotel machten einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und es wurde mir ein frisch zubereitetes Rührei serviert."
"Alle Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Küche wurde lediglich ein Backofen vermisst. Parkmöglichkeiten waren direkt am Hotel reichlich vorhanden. Lediglich aber nur für 90 Minuten ohne Kosten. Ein Parkhaus (parken frei) ist ca. 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt."

Hotel location is good, walking distance to old town, about 15 minutes walk.
Close to Aachen Spa, 5 minutes walk.
A little far from train station, about 10 Euro taxi drive."
"The bar would have been useful opening until 10pm so that guests could enjoy a drink or refreshment at the hotel. Tea and coffee making facility in the rooms would have been welcomed."
