"We were really lucky as the hotel wasnt very busy during our visit, so we were upgraded to a suite bedroom, which was really big and had wonderful views of the sea front and pier. It was so peaceful in our room. We paid extra for breakfast and we're so glad we did. There was a huge amount of choice and everything was lovely and hot and tasted amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful. We paid £6 to park in the carpark behind the hotel and it was great - we could park from 3pm...

"Have stayed at this hotel before, staff are friendly, gym & pool are both very good quality, restaurant food was very good, breakfast was also nice, the rooms are beginning to need a bit of a refresh, water was not very hot at all, we had several rooms booked all had the same problem with the water. " Sent from my iPhone Begin forwarded message: This is a lovely hotel in Hastings. The location is perfect - right on the seafront, but set back which reduces the noise from the road and walking distance to the old Town. It is a classic Georgian building and beautifully refurbished with lovely large comfortable rooms, complete with fridge and large screen tv. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We have stayed in Hastings many times over 15 years and this is our favourite hotel. "
