"It was clean, everything was functioning well. There is someone at the reception in the morning. There were four loud partying guest upstairs. My son tried to negitiate with them to be silent at around midnight. Without success. Help from the receptionist would have come handy, if there had been one! The telephone number, that was to call, didn't answer late at night. So my son didn't sleep."

They messaged me before hand to check on our arrival time, which was 11am and then told me we could check in at 11am instead of 2pm. It was great, as I would have needed to carry my bag around while waiting for check in time.
