"We were only staying overnight as we travelled to family in Switzerland. The hotel is well appointed, self parking available and a beautiful view. The complimentary water in the fridge was appreciated. Breakfast was of a good standard and the staff were all very helpful and efficient"

Inget extravagant, någon lampa hängde, luktade avlopp i trappuppgången men fungerade överlag bra."

"Hotel St. Pierre is a lovely small town hotel with everything needed for my short stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpfull with arranging a taxi. It's a short walk to the train & bus station. Actually everything is within waking distance: Restaurants, shops, groceries, & entertainment. The continental breakfast was fresh. Single serve hard boiled egg with select ham & cheese slices served with a croissant. Other breads were available as well as fruits, Fresh ground single serve coffee...

"DO NOT BOOK. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to find no one at reception, only envelopes with room keys. There were no check-in instructions and no Lausanne Travel Pass, which is advertised as a complimentary benefit and should be provided at check-in. The room appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The beds were covered in hair, sheets were missing, and we were given only two towels for three...

"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Le Lac. The hotel was nice enough, and the staff were welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the dining room was particularly impressive — very elegant and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a nice hotel with a great breakfast, although the room décor felt a little tired and would benefit from an update. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, which wasn’t ideal during the heatwave we experienced."

"Merveilleux hôtel historique Suisse. Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la plaine. Accueil impeccable chaleureux et attentionné. Petit déjeuner correct. Grande piscine.
