"All they is want the money that's it they don't care about the customer need ....from which state the people are comming nothing matters to them ....I have already book the hotel before travelling bt when I reached the hotel they say that we don't have any room available ....and infront of uss they have the room to other person in a high price "

"We came in the room and it was dirty and looks like it had not been cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty as well and towels were not clean. Bedsheets were not washed and there were random hairs on the sheet. The food was not seasoned and we had to order it 3 times. The lights went off twice and were many disturbing sounds playing at night. "

They said they have received no booking information from Hotels.com. More than 1 hour my time wasted their and after that Hotels.com arrange other hotel for me but the 2nd one hotel is poor. "This is a brandnew hotel. Their hygiene seems to be priority no 1 . We were on a special dieet. So we needed to communicate this with the restaurant chef, and he listens very well to his customers.
