Je contacte Hotel.Com qui me confirme que ma chambre est bien réservé, payé et non-remboursable. J'écris à l'hôtel 3 fois via l'email d'annulation, aucune réponse. Je contacte Hotel.Com qui me confirme que la réservation est toujours d'actualité. J'appelle l'hôtel à nouveau et je tombe cette fois-ci sur...

I used this as a stopover, close to European space centre and on the way to Disneyland Paris, but it's so much more than a stopover and I'm eager to return and use it as a base for canoeing the beautiful Semois valley. It is clean, comfortable, well decorated, has a great atmosphere and also benefits from being well served by really friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely breakfast and nice beer too!"
