"We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared . "First: The property is hard to find. Looking for 23 Lang Street per Expedia. But you have to enter 25 Lang Street. Why can’t they provide accurate directions? Very poor start. Second: The room is huge and clean and well-appointed. Oh wait, the architect forgot something. How about a bathroom door ! And bathroom walls that reach the ceiling! "Really comfortable, neat and tidy and really enjoyed my stay"

"The place was lovely and in a great location"

"The property in a whole was great, however upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms are needed"

"Great Ocean view. Pool looks great but it was winter so we didn’t swim."

"This was truly a wonderful treat for us and it was made so comfortable for us. Friendly welcome and assistance through-out our stay."

"The safety of any property is important and Pinnacle Point has several security measures in place. The view is beautiful"

"Very cozy place, clean and comfortable. The bed and linen smells sooooo good !!"
