"I noticed a couple of areas in the property that need attention. The wall paint is peeling in some areas, and the rooms aren't fully soundproofed—I was able to hear the guests in the next room quite clearly. Some remodeling would greatly improve the experience."

"Hôtelier qui se moque complètement du confort de ses clients. Faire des travaux d’agrandissement avec du matériel bruyant (marteau, disqueuse, etc.), à 7h du matin (je pense même que c’était avant), ce n’est pas respectueux du sommeil de ses clients. C’est bien pour dormir qu’on paie, non ?
Pas d’information la veille sur le fait que l’on sera réveillé aux aurores, et même pas un mot d’excuse le matin. Même pas… Ils n’ont même pas honte. Par contre ils sont là pour encaisser l’argent.

"Booked into this hotel at the last moment because of a last minute change of plans. Only stayed one night, just wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful setting just a few minutes walk from Jumierges Abbey (go early before the day visitors arrive!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Just wish we had had enough time to use the very inviting swimming pool!"
