"The Hotel accommodations are in a multi-use facility. There is some construction elsewhere in and around the complex. The hotel floor of the complex had many interesting pieces of art in the hallways. At night, the area was quiet, there is public bus transport to Lyon nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly, the room / bedding were clean and the bed was comfortable. A good place to stay."

"I rarely give scathing reviews, but our trip included harassement from the hotel manager and I want to make sure our experience doesn't go unnoticed. The booking was a work trip for my husband. At the hotel the heating was broken (mid-November) and the hotel manager put a small space heater to "solve the problem". We asked for a different solution or to be moved to a different hotel. "We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay."
