"Lovely room. Nice and quiet. Unfortunately the shower didn't work properly but when we mentioned this we were given a partial refund. We were asked why we hadn't called reception to get a maintenance person up there but we didn't know this was an option, and it was the morning and we needed to leave fairly quickly so there wasn't time to do this."

Charming hotel, great for a small trip!
"Highly recommend this hotel, yes it is a little older and doesn’t have all the flashy things a modern hotel does, but it is comforting and hosts great service. The location was amazing! Incredibly close to Paddington station, and local transport. If you don’t mind walking, all the main attractions are 20-40 minutes away! The included English breakfast was fantastic, it felt very homely and personal."
