"Parking is Very very very very tight, like the ramps are tight. There’s plenty of parking though, once you squeeze in. The hotel is lovely, the staff are very helpful, the breakfast is GREAT, and I like how they styled it as a fancy upscale place. But it’s clearly for families. Shower on the 5th floor was clearly my punishment for past sins because it would go from scalding to freezing over and over without changing the faucet. At 6 am. "Amazing stay! Staff pleasant! Breakfast was outstanding!"

"The room was large, the breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were great. The place needed an update. Carpet was a bit stained and the bathroom needed a good clean and or update. Very much a get what you paid for. We stayed for Puca Fest. We were happy with everything, except the bathroom. Not a 5 star, but a decent mid range hotel."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Lakeside Manor. The place is clean and well kept, my room was spotless with a beautiful view of Lough Ramor, breakfasts were lovely, the restaurant on the ground floor was very convenient and offered great food, and the staff was endlessly courteous and kind. Highly recommend."

"Great stay for a wedding in Cabra Castle, just down the road. Room was clean and perfect for what we needed. Very friendly and welcoming too!"

"We enjoyed our stays, the host was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. The room was cosy, clean and tidy and worked for us. The host made some soup for our arrival as it was a cold wet day when we arrived. Would recommend :-)"

"Friendly host. Good cooked Irish breakfast. Peaceful and convenient location. Mattress seemed a bit worn out."

"Very well presented site and great communication from the host. Seemed like nothing would be to much trouble "

"Lovely place to stay. Was the perfect last night in Ireland for us. Their family dog Gracie was a big highlight for our little girl who played with her. Thanks for having us!"

"Absolutely beautiful and enchanting facility with very accomodating proprieters."

"Close to kayak and canoe rentals."

"We loved staying in Ross House. The place is quiet but close to many amenities. We loved canoeing on the lake. The pier is only 200m from the hotel. You can also go to a small beach about 3km from the hotel - short drive, beach is safe for kids. The hosts are super friendly and relaxed. Breakfast was great too. I will gladly go back "
