"Room comfortable but although we requested a quiet room and we checked in early, we were allocated a room next to a major service area where noisy disposal of rubbish took place. We have enjoyed a snack and beers on the terrace many times but this was not available during our 2 day stay - a great pity as we enjoy the pression beers at Ibis. The breakfast here is good with many choices but all choices were not available on the second day of our stay. We were surprised as this was a Saturday and...

"Liked parking. Disliked everything else. We booked Roosevelt but it looked closed. By accident we found it was now an annex of a hotel up the road. Whole thing was a shambles. We only stayed as we had been soaked by the weather"

"Absolutely fantastic value for money. This is a £300 plus room per night. Lovely staff, beautiful location, property with great food and drinks. The rooms were like new and the standard of decor is top draw. This was a complete and very pleasant surprise at the end of a mini euro tour. "

The shower was so tiny that I had to use it hunched over almost 90 degrees. There were multiple sockets that were closed off with just duct tape, and the kitchen was in serious need of repainting. "Let’s start with the pros: -rooms were clean and tidy. -pool and spa facilities (all outdoor) were a lovely welcome addition and access was easy and until 10pm. -evening food in the restaurant was nice. Cons: -my biggest issue with this hotel is health and hygiene. The breakfast was quite frankly inedible as the young lady doing breakfast service had left most things uncovered. Flies had literally swarmed the pastries, bread, jams and juices meaning that my breakfast options were very limited...

"On our penultimate day of a short jaunt through the Ardennes, we had an enjoyable time in Montherme, visiting the Roc la Tour also know as the Castle of the Devil! There was no chance of taking a boat trip on the river as everything seemed to have closed down, which was a shame as the boat was moored there and the timetable suggested it should have been going."
