"The rooms are not what you see in the pictures. There were stains and hair on the bedding and towels. Also there was trash (tooth picks, dirt, and cigarette ash) on the floor and walls. My husband and I had to go buy sheets, towels, and pillows in order to stay. We couldn't afford to change hotels and we were very surprised when the pictures looked so good and clean and the room was so dirty in reality. Also the door to the stairs was broken. It is supposed to require a key card to open but it...

"This hotel has gone down in quality….is in dire need of updating and renovations. Stayed one night and was anxious to leave early the next morning. On first floor, heavy walking above. Loud noises and never realized before you can hear the traffic on Chapman Road. Will choose otherwise when on area again."

"Front desk stay wasn’t always available. First check in we waited almost 10 minutes to check in. No coffee available in the morning. It was pretty clean. Looks like it was a very nice place at one time. AC our room wasn’t very good. We informed the front desk when we left. We didn’t use anything else."

"A very average stay. It’s an older building decorated in drab grays. Only one of two elevators was functional. With our late arrival, I did not appreciate the 6 semi trucks parked around the hotel that took up several spaces. They did accept cash for snacks. The beds seemed clean with ample pillows."
