"The AC didn’t work. This made the stay a bad experience in summer ( 35C / 95F ) - the room was constantly warmer than outdoors.
The only communication method with the staff was texting. The staff never responded until we followed up. Remotely they wanted us to believe the AC was fine, even though it’s not our experience.

"It took me over 30 minutes to find the apartment when arrived by taxi from Leon airport. After talking to the owner on phone and realized that the address on Expedia website is not updated.
Finally checked in the apartment with WhatsApp communication with the owner who gave clear instructions to get the code and key to enter.
Clean and tidy nice 2 bedroom apartment which oversees the Plaza Mayor and the NH Collection Leon Hotel, close to the Cathedral and a short walk to restaurants.

"Dit is een twee-sterren accomodatie. we hadden een kamer op de 1e verdieping, met uitzicht op de omgeving. het ligt in een klein dorp. Het gebouw heeft houten vloeren. dit geeft mooi een landelijk gevoel en inrichting. De kamer en badkamer waren schoon, er is een restaurant aanwezig. het eten was goed. bij het ontbijt is er keuze uit verschillende opties. Het personeel was vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam."
