"This is a small but cozy hotel to the west of the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small bath. The lobby was cozy and the buffet breakfast was good with a number of options. It is close to several tram and bus routes which made it easy to get around. I appreciated being around some greenery in this area of the city. They do not have 24-hour staffing at the front desk so a code is needed to open the door after hours."

Bern hotel stays include a voucher for the tram, and the number 9 tram runs nearby and often and it is a great way to get to and from the old town. We chose this hotel for the parking availability which worked well as we arrived early in the afternoon. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying. Beautifully colored shells of the hard boiled eggs!

"Die Lage war super und das Zimmer sauber, aber im Sommer keine gute Wahl. Es gab keine Klimaanlage und das Zimmer hat sich sehr aufgeheizt. Das Fenster ging zur Straße und der Verkehr war auch nachts sehr laut.
Ein Frühstück gibt es nicht, nur kostenpflichtige Automaten. Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, man muss selbst am PC ein- und auschecken..."
"I stayed at the new Annex so everything is nice and Zen. There are no toiletries so please take note. It is really just opposite of Neuchatel station separated by a small road. If I were to nickpick, I hope that they can rotate at least one of the dishes at breakfast. I stayed facing the river. Oh, it has air conditioning that works how you want it to be so it will be great for Summer."
