"Picked this because it was near the airport and advertised a shuttle service. It didn't have one but taxi easy and similar cost (15 euro). Reception staff very helpful despite v litle English. Taxi into Santander Old Town also 15 euro. Small onsite parking OK for my motorcycle. Hotel a litlle dated and maybe due for a refresher."

"Just AMAZING! Right in the village, the hotel is magnificent and the host very helpful and friendly. Parking is on the other side of the hotel and the réceptionniste made sure we knew where to go and even propose to come with us. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the rooms top clean. We had to leave early in the morning and they made sure to prepare coffee before we left. We highly recommend!"

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...

"Apartment smelled of smoke, washing machine door broken, no cooker , beds uncomfortable very very hard like sleeping on floor. Towel change once a week, no cleaning , cutlery- we had to buy a knife as theirs blunt. Surroundings of building dirty , broken pipes, does not look like the picture. Other hotel - gym dirty and only few equipment , need a car to drive up to it. Very very basic overall. Reception not there on weekends and one day in the week."

For the air conditioning to work you need to pay €1 for it to work 2 hours, so if you go on summer you can add at least €4 to the night cost. 2. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived and tried to blame us for not notifying them of our arrival. when we did get checked in the first email we received was from the hotel requesting our arrival time. This was sent 5 minutes after we had checked in. "
