"Clean room with complimentary slippers. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water Staff helpful & attentive. Secure underground car parking was the main reason we chose this hotel & it didn’t disappoint, plenty of spaces and very secure. The food in the restaurant was very good but thought the strip lighting made the restaurant feel a little uninviting
Tea & coffee making facilities would have been useful but overall very nice place to stay"
"Excellent Hotel, easy to find with free parking directly in front of it.
The accommodation was spotless clean and the room was a good size. Very large very comfortable bed.
Staff, particularly Nicholas on reception, very polite and helpful. Good continental buffet breakfast with plenty of choice.
Town centre a 2 minute walk away, plenty of history, restaurants & bars. Ask at the hotel for a Guidebook in English.
A very nice place for an overnight stop when heading to Santander for a ferry."
"In that particular apartment it was basically the ultimate stay. Basically a house with the cathedral in front. Unreal. Night view were SICKKKKKK. Wonderful"
"The hotel exceeded my expectations for a lower end establishment. It seems geared towards a younger or budget minded clientel. In some cases it was roomier than more expensive places. It's clearly not "plush.""
"Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us."
"El personal atento. Todo muy limpio. Cama muy cómoda. El desayuno muy completo. Situado en un lugar con excelentes vistas. El servicio de cenas acorde cálida, cantidad y precio, tanto en comedor como en la terraza. El personal del hotel nos indicó muy amablemente como llegar. Estuvimos tres noches. Repetiríamos si volviéramos, sin dudar."
