"Sehr unhöflicher Herr an der Rezeption. Ständig laute Musik im TV beim einchecken. Hotel liegt DIREKT an der Autopista. Sehr sehr laut.
"The buffet breakfast is excellent, and the indoor pool is fantastic.
Cars are parked outdoors without any covered area.
The garden is beautiful and well-maintained.
The rooms are average considering the price.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful."

They went out of their way to assist with a early luggage drop off at a nearby location and brought the luggage over to my room while I was at the concert. If that isn’t phenomenal service, I don’t know what is! Thanks Acassuso staff!!!"
