"Basic 3 star hotel
Still you get the feeling of the old communists times
Small rooms, basic fornitures
Bathroom need some renovation
The door on the bottom part was rotten
Breakfast average
Friendly staff
Conveniently located in the main city square "

"A very nice, spacious and clean room. Parking in front of the room. A very good breakfast (the hotel rooms are an annex to a restaurant, which we only used for breakfast)"

The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia."
"Super !
Vraiment top ! "

Nonetheless, after insisting that I must be in the system, the receptionist say `Ah yes, you are right, we relocated you (without my knowledge) to another hotel because we were overbooked.` The receptionist then provided me convoluted directions...
