"Breakfast was excellent, everything was fresh and in abundance. The rooms were clean every day with fresh lined and towels. Staff was super friendly, even packing a light breakfast for us to go because we had an early morning tour."

Unfortunately, we were unable to reach the hotel despite trying both the Expedia number and the number listed on Google, as their phone lines appeared to be down. "Cute hotel. What they don't tell you is that they don't have a lift/elevator. It's about 40 steps to the front desk. Then more steps to your room. We were on the 2nd floor and it was a total 59 steps to our floor."

"Great location, pool, communal spaces and breakfast staff, mattress was quite poor however. Writing this review as I wanted to highlight to others that there is very limited parking on site. You will have a valet service which is EUR 25 per night. Definitely ask for your vehicle to arrive back at the hotel for your use at least 15 minutes before you actually need it. They were late every time which impacted our Pompei tour and returning the car to the rental company. "

"The hotel was wonderful, room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the balcony during our stay. Getting to the hotel was challenging since I was with elderly parents who had difficulty walking up steps. There were two ways to get to the hotel, either go up 250 steps from their sister hotel or go around the city via local bus (also a walk from the pier) then take 70 steps down to the hotel. The hotel did have a free porter service which was wonderful. "

"Fantastisk service från receptionen, inte minst från Anthony och Kiara. Hotellet har allt man behöver och ligger alldeles precis tåg och buss-stationen. Det var därför inte så trevligt att sitta på balkongen men närheten övervägde. Mycket trafik förbi, såsom i hela Vico Equence. Fin terrass men dock ingen eftermiddagssol. Väldigt nöjda med boendet ändå och det fantastiska bemötandet."
