"we did late-check-in. but the way that pass the key was really irresponsible and NOT safe, I think. I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "

"This hotel does was it says on the tin. It is definitely a 3 star and I miss the tea/coffee facilities in the room! There are no spare plug sockets to charge electrical items. We were lucky and got given a room on the 4th floor which had a balcony. This hotel is very close to the old part of Braga and so extremely convenient. Breakfast is basic and choice is limited but it is fine to start the day. Parking is very limited however there is a public car park close by and relatively cheap."

Ao verificar percebi que o frigorífico possuía compressor e questionei novamente e o quarto foi trocado. No novo quarto o frigorífico funcionava"

If hotel set up a donation box at check in, this money could be used to neuter and vaccinate at local vet. Many people loved the cats as us and would donate for sure"

"Very impressed with this hotel - it had plenty of space, was modern and clean, free parking and a free breakfast on the 12th floor with incredible views of Guimaraes. Good value too. It's next to the train station so it is convenient (I didn't hear any noise from trains or road). It's a 5-10 minutes walk into the old centre, but plenty of restaurants along the way. I'd stay here again."
