Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted. Did not receive any refund or discount for lack of hot water in room. Due to overcrowding in spa, noise both evenings from staff in...

"Very clean rental apartment with sufficient amenities for 3 night stay. Staff were very hospitable and gracious. Only request would be to provide additional towels and larger in size for bathroom / showers as well as Kleenex tissue. Location in the mountain region is very serene and quiet. Short drive to nearby cities / towns of Sumperk and Jesenik...Plan to return and stay again in the coming future."
