"Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location overlooking lake Garda. Lovely pools, good air con, great breakfast buffet and nice staff. We also went for the dinner buffet a couple of nights which was also really good. 15 min walk into Limone which is a really nice little town. The rooms are a little dated but the views from the big balconies more than made up for that. It was very warm in August in lake Garda, so the air con was essential"

"Right on Lake Garda roadside with beautiful views from rooms and breakfast area. Private parking. Underground walkway to get to waterside, avoiding the busy road. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. We had some issues with AC but staff were quick to address. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of places to relax lakeside and swim or rent boats. Good budget option for travelers."

"The location is at a very convenient (walkable) distance from the castle of Sirmione, without being too close. This way we avoided the traffic jam."

"Great family run hotel. Excellent location a few mins walk into Sirmione. Really good breakfast in the beautiful courtyard. The sunbeds on the jetty with direct access to the lake really makes the hotel standout against other options. Would definitely stay again if back to Sirmione."
