"Fine for an overnight stay with comfortable beds, although our room had a really strong and foul smell of sewage. Would not visit again for that reason."
"Breakfast was good, but not as great as at some other places we stayed in France. Parking was easy but required advance reservation. Easy walking to everywhere from the hotel. We had a large suite on the top floor, which did require one final set of stairs after the elevator. Very comfortable bed, and quiet enough at night. Would stay here again. Saumur itself was also wonderful."

"The setting was unique. Originally hundreds of years old stone farmhouse. Grounds were extensive with vegetation, creek and pond, ponies, goats, etc. And many birds for bird watching. Gourmet restaurant on the premises."
