It is a nice place to stay, the staff was not very friendly (but not rude) and the room was very clean, and the room service good on one day but not so good on the other day. Rooms are spacious and good and the Air-conditioning was very good. Boys had fun playing corn hole. Overall a nice place to stay with the family and a good location on the Saranac Lake. Breakfast was included & fantastic, was a light breakfast (coffee/tea +juice, yoghurt parfait + muffins, and a breakfast salad - all very good). "We spent one day and night at this hotel. Beautiful view of the Whiteface mountains. Very home like atmosphere. Nice rooms with everything you need. Owner of the place very nice and helpful. Lots of toys for kids to play with. My 2 and 4 year old had a blast there. Huge living room with tables board games tv etc. I would definitely recommend it and come back there again."
