"The staff were terrible. They were not helpful. Except it is close to golden temple I will not go again. There are many other good properties in the town."
"I will give Kudus to Aiyush the front desk Guy who made my stay comfortable. He went above and beyond to accommodate my need and make sure I had a comfortable stay.
I’ll visit again just for Aiyush( not sure if I had a correct spelling of his name)
Thanks
Rajeev"
"It is a perfect stay when visiting golden temple. As it is quite close and good walking distance. Rooms are good with space. Lots of local food around to explore for breakfst and dinner."
"We had a wonderful experience at Clarion Inn, Amritsar! The staff was polite, courteous, and extremely helpful, and the service was quick and efficient. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms, swimming pool, and overall property were very well-maintained.
We arrived in Amritsar around 7:00 AM after an overnight journey, and the hotel staff was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for us at 9:30 AM, as a room became vacant at 8:30 AM. This thoughtful gesture was a great relief after a...
"Nice and very clean room. Hotel Manager Tiwari was extremely helpful all throughout our stay. He arranged for our pickup from Amritsar airport, which went very smoothly. We felt welcomed and had a very comfortable stay."
"Great ambiance, not your usual box hotel. Staff was very helpful with our late departure. One disappointment was the operator (an older woman) was berating a staff member. She didn't know I was aware of what was happening."
"The staff did prove helpful, even if their English wasn't great. It was the blood stain on the pillow case and the fact that the TV box had no remote so "youtube only". No safe or fridge in the room aswell. We asked for a quite room but needed to ask to be moved. Not great."
"Will never stay at this property again. Roof was leaking after rain as were windows. The wash basin was leaking and shower did not mix hot and cold water properly. Beds were dirty with sheets and blankets that were way past their life. Head board were dirty so were the floors. Could hear dogs barking all night. On top of that it was the most expensive place to stay in the area. Had booked for two nights. Checked in late at 11:45pm and we could barely spend a night there. We checked out first...
"There was nothing to like, pictures on the internet while booking were interesting, but when got the room was very dirty there was small Ac unit underneath filled with dirt and dust, tried to help and explain hotel staff and called property manager importance of cleanliness. Due to such conditions i checked out one day earlier and requested one day refund, hotel owner agreed to refund one day to Expedia and stated he will fix the issues highlighted by customer."
"Personal var veldig bra, men dessverre ikkje så stødige i engelsk.. mye misforståelse. Manglet tlf og tv på rommet. Mye bråk/støy ute .. hortes ut som det var midt i en hundegarde der hundene var ivrige til å komme seg ut .. gjennom hele natten, maten var veldig god, fine rom og god service men maten kom 30 min for seint .. bestilt i veldig god tid 🙏 👌 ✨️"
