"Very nice!"

"Camera pulitissima e sempre in ordine, biancheria di ricambio sempre disponibile"

"If given the option, don’t stay here. The comforter had staining of reddish/brown dots, there was other peoples hair in the bed, and we got laughed at when we asked someone to take a look and change the sheets. Once they were changed, we were speaking with the front desk girl and we inquired about the possibility of bed bugs and were told “if you can’t see anything there aren’t any” and ended the discussion. On top of this, you’re locked into the parking and it has to be opened by the front...

"Kamer gedateerd en vloerbedekking niet schoon. Beddegoed oké maar sprei zag er niet fris uit. Ontbijt was basis. Geen bakjes voor yogurt en alleen wit brood of croissantjes."

"Struttura pulita tutto in ordine Ci tornerò"

"We stayed with a large family group- 7 rooms- the staff was incredibly helpful. Thank you La Luna!!!!"

"Struttura molto pulita e staff eccezionale."

"Die Unterkunft ist speziell, wir waren begeistert, man schläft ja quasi im Stall, natürlich renoviert und sauber, mitten in der Natur. Abends huschte ein Fuchs vor unserer Tür rum. Das Frühstück war sensationell gut!!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Diana! The location was perfect and so convenient for exploring beautiful Lucca. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with such an incredible variety of fresh and tasty choices. And the staff were wonderful—so warm, sweet, and accommodating. They truly made us feel welcome and made our stay even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. We will definitely be back to Hotel Diana! ❤️"

"Ottimo hotel con personale fantastico"
