"The location of the hotel is beautiful, the accommodation is pleasant and the rooms are very good. The barbeque is nice to barbecue with the service of the waiter. Rob is very professional and very nice. We were happy with his service and his lasting smile. Ms. Janet in the reception also enjoys a high level of professionalism and gave me help in finding an extra night booking only. I did not clean the room despite the two cleaning sheets and asked for that too and I did not put tea, coffee and...
"Beds were horrible. They need to be replaced. You can feel the springs and we didn’t sleep well at all. Tv was broken and asked twice for it to be fixed."
"No aircondition in room-couldn’t believe it when i open the door there was 27 degrees inside the room. You could only use fan provided.
One of the matereses was very uncomfortable.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Breakfast ok."
"The rooms were clean and the bed and bathroom were great. Staff mostly nice, but lacking in basic front desk management; night concierge is basically just a person keeping watch of the front desk. We asked for additional room supplies (towels pillows etc) one night after the daytime staff was done for the evening and we were told housekeeping is in charge of anything that has to do with the rooms themselves. First time we've ever been denied a basic service, late night, in any hotel. This was...
"The Expedia first picture showed the town castle and only later showed the hotel pic but they are far away from each other. The room was a good size and updated but still felt old with bouncy floors and a window that hardly opened. No air conditioning - they did provide a fan. The restaurant was beautiful. Breakfast was nicely done with many choices, including hot items. Staff were great."
